We are a Workplace Intervention Specialist Service which assists school leaders deal positively with complaints about bullying and harassment. We use research methods that support reasonable responses and promote recovery. Our methods rely on minimal intervention and maximise the self-determination of the parties.

The services provided include:

1. Workplace Interventions: research, recommendations and recovery orientated interventions.

Useful when the organisations leaders know there is something wrong, but are uncertain exactly what is going on.

2. Workplace conciliation

Where it has been identified that a relationship between work colleagues is destructive. We encourage and support the parties to particpate workplace conciliation.

Dr Webster’s ADR practice draws on 25 years of professional experience as a statutory conciliator and private mediator, with specialist expertise in workplace grievances including bullying and harassment complaints, and nearly 10 years as a trainer of professional mediators.

3. Expert Witness Reports

Where a complaint or a grievance has been made, but not satisfactorily resolved and the person has claimed a workplace injury. The Solicitor is seeking an Expert Opinion based on the documentation.
