Values for Life is an incursion program for primary and secondary schools throughout Australia. We provide interactive workshops that are engaging, fun and educational on topics including bullying, cyber-safety, resilience, leadership, drug education and much more.

Our teams of qualified and experienced educators, using evidence-based research, impact over 20,000 students in over 100 schools each year.

We offer the following topics for primary and secondary students:

For the past 3 years, Mountain Gate Primary School have organised for Concern Australia’s Values for Life program to come to the school to deliver sessions for students in Prep to Grade 6. We plan to organise these valuable sessions again for next year .

The feedback from all sessions was very positive, both from students and staff. I was impressed with the interaction between students and presenters and the good discussions about the topic. The presenters held the attention of the students for the entire session. A very good variety of materials, media and ideas were used to portray the key themes.

The sessions were of a high standard and the students were challenged with interactive games, quizzes and stories. It was very pleasing to see students listening and answering questions, and after the sessions to witness good reflection time in the classroom when the students discussed some of the things they had been challenged to think about in their own lives.

As the coordinator of the Well Being Committee and organiser of this incursion, I would recommend the Values for Life school seminars to other schools. The program assists in changing student’s lives and this is why we will book the seminars again next year believing it to be a positive program. We were very fortunate to hear about this program. We were very impressed with its variety of activities, quality content, friendly entertaining presenters and excellent resource books to use in follow up sessions.
