When Testing and Tagging your Electrical Appliances…
….we are confident that we can save your school money, to give you an example, we adhere 100% to the Australian Standards, ie. we test and tag all electrical equipment at YEARLY or FIVE Yearly intervals depending on whether the equipment is portable or fixed, in most schools that we look after approximately 50-60% of all tagging ends up on a FIVE yearly testing regime.
We have been to schools that have had ALL electrical equipment tested on a YEARLY basis, this can cost the school thousands of dollars in unnecessary testing, as an example we recently took over the testing at a school that had been paying $1.95 per item tested (cheaper than us at first glance), BUT the problem was ALL their equipment was being tested annually, so in fact they were paying $9.75 for items that should have been tested only once every FIVE years and would have only cost $2.20 through us.
