The Diocese of broken Bay has been working with Paynter Dixon for over 6 years. During this time Paynter Dixon has undertaken, or are currently completing, 11 projects involving a range of facilities and services including Kitchens, Classrooms, Libraries, Multipurpose Halls and Toilets.

The projects have all involved sites occupied by operational schools and thus required the careful and safe management of construction activities, whilst maintaining independent staff and student access. At all times Paynter Dixon has excelled at the daily challenges of site management, all conducted in a safe work environment.

The success of the projects to date has been a result of excellent communication between the Diocese and Paynter Dixon. This has ensured that the Diocese’ expectations are understood thus avoiding the traditional adversarial approach adopted by many other construction companies.
