“SPORT” is not for everyone – but physical activity needs to be a regular part of a child’s daily routine to provide the foundation for a long, healthy life. Physical activity also benefits a child’s intellect, learning ability, character, emotional resilience and social skills too!

Fitnessworx teaches “Physical Literacy” and our programs have been designed by industry experts to achieve maximum engagement and enjoyment, whilst developing a broad range of fundamental movement skills relevant to a child’s age and level of physical development.

Fitnessworx offersprimary and secondary schools the following services:

Active Incursions/Excursions – activity programs with a difference! Fitnessworx provide many unique, fun and active incursion options.

Dynamic Learning Programs – cross curricular activity Fitnessworx offer a range of in-school extended learning activities that integrate physical activity across multiple disciplines. Watch your students have fun and continue to learn whilst being active! Topics have included: “Healthy Lifestyles”, “Elite Athletes” and “Muscles and The Human Body”

Student Wellbeing / School Connectedness Programs Fitnessworx design, develop and facilitate programs to meet your schools specific needs and desired student outcomes. From Transition Days to Team Building Programs, Parent/Child Sessions to Celebration Days, Sleepovers and Student Reward Programs.

We would like to acknowledge and thank you and your staff for providing our children with a dynamic learning experience at our Southern Region e~TASC Challenge Day last week.

Your preparation and facilitation of the day enhanced the children’s current learning’s and provided them with invaluable knowledge, that will facilitate there inquiry pathways in the future.

Drew, Kirsten & Kristy should be congratulated for providing two very professional, inspiring and motivational sessions. By all accounts and evaluations, the children were totally engaged in learning and immensely enjoyed the whole day!

Thankyou once again for assisting us in catering for the needs of our gifted children.

Can you please let your lovely staff know that they did an awesome job today!! I was so happy with how it all ran and i got amazing feedback from our staff and of course most importantly the students loved it!! The team were full of energy and made the workshops fun and engaging for all year levels.

Just wanted to send you our thanks on behalf of Camberwell South Primary School.

The staff were so impressed with the quality of the program and the professionalism of the staff.

The children loved the activities and felt really special when they were performing. I also loved the way it allowed different children to shine.

The staff were so flexible with the space provided and adapted the program to suit to needs of the space.

I run the Year 9 Program at Highview College in Maryborough, Central Victoria. We had Fitnessworx run a fantastic day for us last year, with three rounds each of Boot Camp, Circus and Funk ‘n’ Groovy and I would like to organise another day. The kids loved it – even the seriously disengaged ones. It was lots of fun, challenging and really successful.
